AIP Poland is compliant with the Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) contained in Annex 15 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation - Aeronautical Information Services, and supplementary documents: Aeronautical Information Services Manual (ICAO Doc 8126) and Doc 10066 Procedures for Air Navigation Services - Aeronautical Information Management (PANS-AIM). |

Charts contained in the Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP) of Poland, compliant to the standards described in Annex 4 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation - Aeronautical Charts and recommendations specified in the Aeronautical Charts Manual (ICAO Doc 8697) contain the “ICAO” abbreviation in their names, e.g. Aerodrome Chart - ICAO. |

STRUCTURE OF AIP POLAND AND ESTABLISHED INTERVALS FOR PUBLICATION OF AMENDMENTS |

The thematic layout of information published in AIP Poland is compliant with ICAO Doc 8126 and Doc 10066. Detailed information on contents of particular chapters is given in tables of contents. |

The Aeronautical Information Publication is published in three volumes: |

Volume I - named ‘AIP Poland - AIP IFR’ - conforming to ICAO Annex 15, taking into consideration that information on aerodromes at which it is possible to conduct IFR flights is published in chapter AD 2 of Volume I, whereas information on aerodrome charges referred to in Article 75 of the Aviation Law Act of 3 July 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2019, items 1580 and 1495, and of 2020 items 284 and 1378, with later amendments), in chapter GEN 4 of Volume I; |

Volume II - named ‘AIP Poland - AIP VFR’ includes aeronautical information for users interested in performing VFR flights within the Polish airspace. Separate VFR Amendments (VFR AMDT) and VFR Supplements (VFR SUP) are issued to AIP VFR. |

Volume III - named ‘AIP Poland - MIL AIP’ includes aeronautical information for users interested in performing OAT flights within the Polish airspace or to military aerodromes. Separate MIL Amendments (MIL AMDT) and MIL Supplements (MIL SUP) are issued to MIL AIP. |
|
MIL AIP is published by the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA) in cooperation with the Military Air Traffic Service Office of the Polish Armed Forces. |

AIRAC Amendments are published when needed in accordance with dates of the AIRAC cycle. These Amendments are distributed to reach subscribers at least 28 (in special cases 56) days in advance of their effective date. |
